Ingredients
Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Dip
- 16 oz jar cocktail onions, drained well
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Chop up 16 oz jar cocktail onions after draining until they are in small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, add unsalted butter. Once melted, add breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt from breadcrumbs portion of recipe. Stir until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside to a bowl.

To a second bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, parsley and the chopped onions. Add half of the breadcrumbs to this bowl, reserving the other half.

Use a hand mixer to combine the ingredients.

Transfer dip to serving bowl. If not serving right away, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Top with remaining breadcrumbs prior to serving.
