Ingredients
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 can of root beer of choice
- Ice cold mug, optional
Steps

Remove mug from freezer/ refrigerator when ready to assemble floats.

Run an ice cream scoop or large spoon under hot water for a few minutes. Dry with clean towel.

Scoop ice cream into mug. Ideally you would like enough ice cream to loosely fill the mug.

Then you will fill up the mug with your root beer. It’s okay if not all of it fits in the mug initially, it’s just an extra refill when you start running low.

Enjoy with a spoon, a straw, or both!
